Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock that cannot be sourced. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
All pieces are made to order. See our Shipping Policy for timing and our Returns policy for cancellation terms.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Precious metal and stone markets move, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you before proceeding.
Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our pieces
Every piece is solid 14k gold, never plated. Every diamond is lab-grown, F colour minimum, VS clarity, and stones of a carat and above are certified by IGI or GCAL.
Because each piece is handmade, minor variation in stone placement, total carat weight, and finish is expected and is not a defect. Photographs are shot in natural light and colours may render differently on your screen.
Intellectual property
The Emora name, designs, photography, and written content on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a piece is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
