Made to order
Nothing in the Emora collection sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Each piece is cast, set, and polished after you place your order. Because of that, your piece reaches your hands approximately three weeks from the day you order.
We write to you along the way. You will hear from us when your piece goes into production, when the stones are set, and when it ships.
Shipping
Shipping is complimentary and fully insured on every order, within the United States and internationally.
All orders ship in Emora keepsake packaging, ready to give. Every shipment requires a signature on delivery. We cannot leave fine jewelry unattended.
Once your piece ships you will receive a tracking number by email.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the price at checkout.
Damage in transit
Every shipment is insured. If your piece arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece and the packaging, and we will replace it.
